THE UNIPLEX - Student Accommodation Solution

The UNIPLEX buildings are specifically designed to cater for student accommodation needs, offering privacy and an array of facilities yet in a low cost, high density complex. A block comprises of 4 x 810 sqm levels with 3 levels of residential accommodation and a ground floor of mixed commercial or 4 levels of residential.

Each residential level contains 21 suites accommodating 4 students each, a total of 88 students. A 16 block complex including 6 blocks of mixed commercial accommodates 4,872 students or 5,376 students without the mixed commercial.

Each suite contains a private ensuite with hot water, two sets of bunk beds, four wardrobes with draws, pantry and two built in study desks hardwired for broadband Internet access. The rear end of every floor contains a separate communal kitchen with dinning area, utility storage and stairway. The front of the building has a balcony and feature glass curved stairway. The ground floor has one large wheel chair suite.

Each block has a roof top garden area with sail shades to provide an excellent outdoor recreational or exercise area for a pleasant social environment. Furthermore the buildings unique design to ensure that every suite has panoramic views.
