There is a huge fundamental difference with our programs, the Quickwall Construction College philosophy is to focus on hands-on skills training in order to gain practical experience and expertise in a specific trade and in using the latest in contemporary building materials and innovative construction systems.

The Quickwall Construction College work with Governments and large Developers to facilitate the completion of high volume social housing, large hotels or satellite cities in developing countries to dramatically increase the efficiency, quality and profit whilst reducing the long term maintenance costs and dramatically increasing the speed of construction.

The holistic system uses a real construction mega-project which is utilised to provide extensive on-the-job training, hence high quality experience and expertise is achieved. This also provides the correct ratio of the number of trained men to specific trades, to be directly proportional to a construction project in order to minimize over or under supply of a particular Trade. This even includes skills in manufacturing building products as all of the major building materials are manufactured on-site.

Candidates are typically from regions of high unemployment possibly caused by the failure of large corporations that had semi skilled workers to be skilled in the construction industry. This is normally identified by the Government or via the Construction Industry Development Board.
