QuickTile

QuickTile decorative and protective floor coatings are a New Generation, non-flammable, seamless, colorful and uniquely attractive flooring system for high traffic areas such as shopping malls, commercial buildings, showrooms or food processing areas.

QuickTile is super hard wearing has good UV stability and is water, algae and fungi resistant, easily dressing up old or new concrete surfaces as it can be tinted with universal colorants and performs as a waterproofing barrier membrane.

Application

Quick Floor is a systems application to clean surfaces free from grease, oil and other contaminants.

Roll apply the selected Quick Floor Epoxy flooring system, and allow to dry / re-coat as shown below.

	Coverage Rates: Smooth Surface: 1st Coat: 5.0 sq.metres per litre
	2nd Coat: 7.0 sq.metres per litre
	Rough Surface: 1st Coat: 4.0 sq.metres per litre
	2nd Coat: 6.0 sq.metres per litre
	Recoat Time ( 4-6 Hrs.) @ 25 DegC./50% RH with 7 days cure with a Pot Life of 2 hrs or 1 hour @ 35 deg. C/50%RH

Application on old / existing concrete

Remove all grease, oil and any other contaminants with a detergent solution followed by a 10% stock solution of hydrochloric acid, machine clean with high water pressure and allow to dry. Prime with Quick Floor Primer and Roll apply the water borne Quick Floor epoxy evenly to the substrate.

The end result is a high gloss seamless attractive floor with hardwearing characteristics; super easy to maintain cleanliness, wash up in water.
