A Quickwall initiative to address the issue of degradation in heavily rented communities and also to assist young couples get on the property ladder.

The solution is to integrate the tenant into the landlord’s dwelling. This has a multitude of advantages including the mechanism to secure a higher value property with a low mortgage payment, furthermore the income from the separate apartment is added to the household income allowing for greater lending capacity.

The property also incorporates a double off-street carport, rear garden and Solar Heating System and incorporates highly insulated characteristics in the building materials for a life time of energy savings.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor incorporates a separate self-contained flat which consists of an entry to a spacious lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom + toilet and separate bedroom. 48 sqm.

First Floor:
The entry and stairway leads on to the very large lounge dining area with separate study area and leading out to the huge balcony over the carport. There is a separate toilet, separate utility room and large separate kitchen with a rear door leading out to the stairway to the back yard.

Second Floor:
